Building Supervisor

Ensure smooth daily operations of residential/commercial buildings.

Conduct routine inspections of common areas, amenities, electrical panels, plumbing lines, lift rooms, parking areas, and safety systems.

Coordinate and supervise repair, maintenance, and preventive maintenance activities.

Monitor and maintain building utilities—water supply, electricity, STP, WTP, DG sets, fire systems, and CCTV.Supervise housekeeping staff, security guards, gardeners, technicians, and outsourced vendors.

Ensure proper deployment, attendance, and performance of staff.

Coordinate with contractors for AMC services (lifts, DG sets, fire systems, pumps, etc.).Address tenant/resident complaints and resolve them promptly.

Provide timely updates to management regarding issues, maintenance work, and service requests.

Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and checklist documentation.Maintain daily logbooks, attendance sheets, checklists, and material consumption records.

Prepare daily/weekly reports and submit them to management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.Ensure all safety equipment (fire alarms, extinguishers, emergency exits) are functional.

Monitor security and follow safety protocols for the building.

Support the management during audits, inspections, and emergencies. Minimum 3 years of experience in building/facility management (real estate preferred).

Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and civil maintenance.

Good communication and team management skills.

Ability to handle tenant interactions and resolve issues quickly.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, reporting).

Education: ITI/Diploma/Graduate (Facility/Engineering background preferred).
