Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineering graduate to join our team as a Technical Executive. The candidate will support project execution, site supervision, quality control, quantity estimation, and coordination activities to ensure successful completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in site supervision and monitor day-to-day construction activities.

Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Support quantity surveying, material estimation, and billing activities.

Maintain project documentation, reports, and site records.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.

Conduct site inspections and report progress to senior engineers.

Monitor safety practices and ensure compliance with site regulations.

Assist in preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities), DPRs, and project schedules.

Track material consumption and site productivity.

Support quality checks for concrete, steel, masonry, finishing works, and other civil activities.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials.

Understanding of engineering drawings and site execution.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Willingness to work at project sites.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of quantity estimation and billing.

Familiarity with quality control procedures.

Exposure to project planning software is an added advantage.
