Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Associate Portfolio Executive -Real Estate Sales to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, coordinating site visits, and assisting clients throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, follow-ups, and referrals

• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about projects

• Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties

• Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM or reporting systems

• Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Sales, Real Estate Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities

• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach

• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Real Estate Sales will be preferred

• Ability to handle client meetings independently

• Comfortable with outbound calling and lead generation
