Operations Executive – Pest Control

Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Operations Executive to manage daily pest control operations while supporting business development activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in pest control services, team coordination, customer relationship management, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily pest control service schedules.
• Allocate technicians and ensure timely completion of service visits.
• Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and recommend appropriate pest management solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Follow up with customers for renewals, annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), and referrals.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain service records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to achieve business targets.
• Monitor inventory of chemicals, equipment, and consumables.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in the pest control industry.
• Experience in both operations and sales/customer acquisition.
• Good knowledge of pest control methods, chemicals, and safety regulations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license (preferred).
