Job Title: Sales Executive – All Time Fitness Gym
Location: All Time Fitness Gym, Sector 57, Gurgaon
Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 Years
Gender: Male/Female

Job Summary
All Time Fitness Gym is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive membership sales, generate leads, manage customer inquiries, and support marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and experience in sales or fitness industry operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Handling
Generate new membership sales and achieve monthly targets.
Handle walk-in inquiries and convert prospects into members.
Explain gym facilities, membership plans, and promotional offers.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective members.
Conduct gym tours and assist customers with enrollment.
Telecalling & Lead Management
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases.
Follow up on online, social media, and website inquiries.
Maintain daily lead records and update CRM/software.
Schedule appointments and fitness consultations for prospects.
WhatsApp & Digital Inquiry Management
Respond promptly to WhatsApp, social media, and website inquiries.
Share membership details, offers, and promotional content with prospects.
Maintain professional communication and ensure quick response times.
Field Marketing & Promotions
Participate in leaflet/template distribution activities.
Manage canopy marketing campaigns in residential societies, markets, and corporate areas.
Generate leads through outdoor promotional activities.
Build relationships with local businesses and corporate offices for membership tie-ups.
Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain membership records and sales reports.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Assist in member onboarding and documentation.
Coordinate with trainers and management for customer requirements.
Customer Service
Address member concerns and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Retain existing members through regular follow-ups and relationship management.
Collect customer feedback and share improvement suggestions with management.
Skills Required
Strong communication and sales skills.
Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business and basic computer applications.
Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Fluent in Hindi and basic English.
