About the RoleNext Gen Realty is seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual content for digital and offline marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a creative mindset, and experience creating impactful marketing materials that generate engagement and support lead generation efforts in the real estate sector.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, including:
• Social media posts and advertisements
• Facebook & Instagram creatives
• Google Display Ads and banners
• Email marketing creatives
• Create brochures, flyers, project presentations, standees, hoardings, and other print materials.
• Design branding and promotional materials for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Develop visually appealing layouts, infographics, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create campaign-specific creatives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials.
• Edit and enhance images, property renders, and promotional graphics.
• Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and digital advertising requirements.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver creatives within deadlines.
• Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Canva Pro
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
• Ability to create both digital and print-ready designs.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in real estate, construction, architecture, or related industries.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation tools such as:
• Adobe After Effects
• Premiere Pro
• CapCut
• Experience designing lead-generation creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Portfolio showcasing high-quality marketing and branding work.
