Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Team Leader to manage and guide a team of telesales executives. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving targets, coaching team members, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage a team of telesales executives.

* Monitor daily calling activities and sales performance.

* Achieve team sales targets.

* Train, motivate, and mentor team members.

* Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns effectively.

* Maintain call quality and ensure process compliance.

* Conduct performance reviews and feedback sessions.

* Improve conversion rates through sales strategies and team support.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer handling.
• Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset.
• Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
• Ability to manage pressure and handle team targets.
• Strong problem-solving and people management skills.

Eligibility

• Graduation in any discipline(Mandate)
• 1+ years of experience as a sales Team Lead(On paper)***
• Prior team handling experience preferred***.
