Job Description
Job Title: Executive Assistant to Director
Location: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to support the Director in managing day-to-day business operations. The role requires travelling with the Director throughout the day, coordinating with customers, suppliers, and employees, and ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
- Travel with the Director within Varanasi and nearby areas during working hours.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, transporters, and employees.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and follow-ups.
- Maintain Excel sheets, reports, and business records.
- Prepare documents, quotations, and other administrative paperwork.
- Book travel, hotels, and meetings when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of business information and documents.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing daily business activities.
- Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Any Stream).
- 1–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Executive, or similar role (freshers with exceptional communication and organizational skills may also apply).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and WhatsApp.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional attitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Willingness to travel throughout the day with the Director.
Preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing, trading, or business environment.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and document management.
- Valid driving licence and own two-wheeler will be an advantage.
