Job Description
Job Title: Sales Executive
- Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential customers through field visits, walk-ins, referrals, and leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits to customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to generate sales.
- Negotiate prices and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, and maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and provide excellent service.
