Job Description
Redevelopment Society Sales
• Engage with housing society committees and members to present GB Infra's redevelopment proposals and address member queries and concerns.
• Support the redevelopment sales cycle from initial society engagement through member consent, agreement signing, and possession-related communication.
• Coordinate with legal, project, and liaison teams to ensure society members are kept informed at each stage of the redevelopment process.
Open Plots & Land Sales
• Drive sales of open plot inventory, including site visits, plot selection guidance, and documentation support for buyers.
• Liaise with landowners, brokers, and channel partners to source and convert plot enquiries.
• Advise buyers on layout approvals, title clarity, and other plot-specific documentation as needed.
New Inventory Sales
• Drive end-to-end sales of new residential units, from lead engagement to booking closure.
• Conduct site visits and property walkthroughs for prospective buyers, clearly communicating project USPs, pricing, and payment plans.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales in line with company pricing and approval guidelines.
General
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads across all three verticals through referrals, channel partners, walk-ins, and digital enquiries.
• Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants to expand reach.
• Coordinate with the CRM and documentation team to ensure smooth booking, agreement, and post-sale processes.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system, and report progress against sales targets.
• Stay updated on local real estate market trends, competitor projects, and pricing to advise leadership and refine sales pitches.
• Represent GB Infra at property exhibitions, society meetings, events, and promotional activities as required.
Requirements
•3+years of experience in residential real estate sales, preferably with a developer or reputed real estate brokerage in Pune.
• Prior exposure to redevelopment society sales, open plot / land sales, or new inventory sales is highly preferred; experience across more than one of these formats is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfortable handling society-level stakeholder conversations, including committee meetings and member consent processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of the Pune real estate market, RERA guidelines, and standard sale/redevelopment documentation.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and basic MS Office / spreadsheet applications.
• Graduate in any discipline; a background in marketing, business, or real estate management is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings.
