About UsUsha Capacitors Limited is a leading manufacturer of power quality solutions, serving customers across India and international markets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified international B2B leads.
- Research and identify decision-makers.
- Conduct email, LinkedIn, and cold-call outreach.
- Schedule a minimum of 10 qualified online meetings per month with international clients for the company's Directors.
- Maintain lead database and follow-up records.
- RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
- 1–3+ years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, or Appointment Setting.
- Good English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and internet research.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Office TimingsMonday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Sunday: Weekly Off
