Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities:Prepare and issue Proforma Invoices (PI) accurately and promptly.
- Prepare and send customer quotations as per sales team requirements.
- Maintain records of quotations, PIs, purchase orders, and customer documents.
- Perform systematic physical and digital filing of all business documents.
- Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and dispatch teams for order processing.
- Follow up on pending quotations and customer documentation.
- Update customer and order information in Excel/ERP software.
- Prepare reports related to quotations, PIs, and order status.
- Ensure all documents are properly organized and easily retrievable.
- Handle email correspondence related to quotations and documentation.
- Assist in other administrative and back-office activities as assigned by management.
