Job Description
Job Title: Franchise Development Manager

Experience: 1-5 Years in Sales / Franchise Sales / Business Development

Job Responsibilities
- Handle franchise inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, social media, exhibitions, and website leads.
- Explain the Freshco franchise business model, investment, profits, and operational process.
- Conduct online and offline presentations with prospective franchise partners.
- Follow up with interested clients and address their queries professionally.
- Build strong relationships with potential investors and entrepreneurs.
- Negotiate and close franchise deals.
- Collect booking amounts and advance payments from franchise partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for franchise onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly.
- Achieve monthly franchise sales targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages like Kannada Malayalam etc
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in franchise sales, business development, real estate sales, insurance sales, or direct sales is preferred.
- Confident in handling investor-level discussions.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and CRM software.
