Responsibilities:Back Office Work:
- Data entry aur record maintain karna
- Excel / Google Sheet update karna
- Client details aur booking data manage karna
- Documents aur reports maintain karna
Telecalling Work:
- Incoming & outgoing calls handle karna
- Leads par follow-up karna (Justdial / social media)
- Clients ko services explain karna
- WhatsApp par proper response dena
- Daily call report maintain karna
- 🎯 Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
- Experience only
- Smart, polite & confident personality
