Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Construction Project Coordinator to coordinate and monitor our ongoing construction projects.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, site engineers, architects, structural consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with clients, site engineers, architects, and structural teams.
• Monitor and collect regular updates from all ongoing projects.
• Follow up on project progress, pending work, drawings, approvals, materials, and site requirements.
• Coordinate between the office team and site team for smooth project execution.
• Track project activities from the agreement stage to final key handover.
• Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain project updates, reports, and important documents.
• Coordinate client meetings, site visits, inspections, and project discussions.
• Support the team in completing projects on time.
• Coordinate snag rectification and final project handover.
• RequirementsExperience in construction project coordination or a related field.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
• Good knowledge of construction project activities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Kannada Speaking Fluency
• Civil Engineering / Construction Management qualification is preferred.

Experience1–2 years of experience in construction/project coordination preferred.
