Job Description
AstroVedansh ke liye Hindi/Hinglish speaking WhatsApp & Call Sales Executive / Inside Sales Closer chahiye, jo Instagram, Facebook Ads, WhatsApp aur Interakt se aane wali warm leads ko handle karke sales close kare.
Main Responsibilities:
Customer ke WhatsApp messages aur calls handle karna.
Customer ki problem samajhkar sahi service suggest karna — Perfect Timing Report, Perfect Career Report, Numerology Report, Astrology Report ya Consultation.
Warm leads ko call/chat ke through follow-up karke payment close karna.
Payment link share karna aur order confirmation lena.
Google Sheet/CRM/Interakt me customer details update karna.
Daily sales, follow-up aur pending leads ki report dena.
Customer ke doubts patiently clear karna.
Target-based sales closing par focus rakhna.
Requirements:
Hindi/Hinglish communication strong honi chahiye.
WhatsApp chatting aur calling me comfortable hona chahiye.
Sales, telecalling, counselling, edtech, astrology, healthcare, insurance ya customer support experience preferred.
Customer ko patiently samjha paaye.
Target-oriented mindset ho.
Google Sheets aur basic computer/mobile tools use karna aata ho.
Astrology/spiritual category me interest ho to plus point hoga.
