Job Title: Assistant Manager – Motor / General Insurance Location: Indore Experience Required: 2 – 4 Years Salary Range: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager in Motor / General Insurance to support business operations, client servicing, and policy management. The candidate will assist senior team members and ensure smooth execution of insurance processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist in handling motor and general insurance policies (issuance, renewal, endorsements). Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance, and claims. Support senior team members in business development and client servicing. Manage client queries and provide timely resolutions. Maintain accurate records of policies, clients, and transactions. Follow up on renewals and ensure business retention. Assist in claims processing and documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of motor and general insurance products. Good communication and client-handling skills. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). Attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Insurance or Management preferred). Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in insurance broking or insurance company. Ability to work in a team and assist senior management. Customer-focused approach with strong coordination skills.
