Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Recruiter Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility is to hire Delivery Associates (Delivery Boys) for Amazon's last-mile delivery operations. This role also involves field visits to identify potential candidates, conduct recruitment drives, and ensure timely onboarding.
- Key Responsibilities:Identify potential candidates for Delivery Associate roles through various channels (field recruitment, referrals, local ads, job portals, etc.).
- Conduct field visits to potential hiring locations and build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, verify documents, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Coordinate with station management and operations teams to understand manpower requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Assist in training and induction programs for new hires.
- Support field activities like job fairs, hiring camps, and partner engagement programs.
