• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Create engaging short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms.
• Upload videos and manage content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Write captions, hashtags, and optimize posts for maximum reach and engagement.
• Monitor social media performance and analyze insights to improve content strategy.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing techniques, and platform algorithms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive business growth.
• Manage the company's social media presence and implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and lead generation.
• RequirementsExperience in video shooting and editing.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Preferred SkillsExperience with motion graphics and animations.
• Knowledge of photography and lighting.
