The company supplies furniture products to major furniture retailers, dealers, corporate clients, and institutional customers across the region.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to expand our market presence, increase order volumes, identify and develop new vendor relationships, and support business growth through market research and strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIncrease sales orders and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Identify and approach potential furniture dealers, retailers, and corporate customers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and customer requirements to convert leads into orders.
  • Support management in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Vendor DevelopmentIdentify and onboard new vendors and suppliers for office chairs, airport seating, and related furniture products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Evaluate vendor performance, product quality, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Negotiate favorable commercial terms with suppliers when required.
  • Market Research & AnalysisConduct regular market surveys to identify industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Monitor competitor products, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
  • Analyze market demand and provide recommendations for new products and business opportunities.
  • Prepare reports on market conditions, customer feedback, and sales performance.
  • Marketing ActivitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and product awareness.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement activities.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media and online promotions.
  • Create and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, and product presentations.
  • Customer & Product ManagementStay updated on the latest office furniture trends, ergonomic seating solutions, and industry developments.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate product improvement suggestions to management.
  • Assist customers with product information, specifications, and recommendations.
  • QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or the furniture industry preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and marketing skills may also apply.
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong market analysis and research capabilities.
  • Customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and vendors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel for client and vendor meetings when required.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Growth in monthly order volume.
  • Number of new customers acquired.
  • Number of new vendors/suppliers identified and onboarded.
  • Customer retention and satisfaction levels.
  • Market intelligence and competitor analysis reporting.
  • Achievement of sales and business development targets.
