Job Description

Chef de Partie (CDP) – Continental & Italian Cuisine

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook Continental and Italian dishes as per standard recipes.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
  • Manage the assigned kitchen section efficiently.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
  • Monitor inventory and minimize food wastage.
  • Assist in training junior kitchen staff.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in Continental & Italian cuisine.
  • Knowledge of pasta, pizza, sauces, grills, and Italian cooking techniques.
  • Good teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
