Solar Technician

We are looking for a skilled Solar Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems. The candidate should have experience in solar installation, electrical wiring, inverter commissioning, and must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for site visits

Roles & Responsibilities

• Install rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.
• Install solar modules, mounting structures, inverters, batteries, and electrical components.
• Perform AC/DC wiring and cable termination.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of solar systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and system faults.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of solar plants.
• Follow electrical safety standards and company SOPs.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers for smooth execution.
• Maintain installation records and submit daily work reports.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Requirements

• ITI (Electrician/Wireman), Diploma in Electrical, or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in solar installation (preferred).
• Knowledge of AC/DC electrical wiring.
• Experience in inverter installation and commissioning.
• Ability to read basic electrical drawings.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Physically fit to work at heights.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.

हम रूफटॉप एवं ग्राउंड-माउंटेड सोलर सिस्टम की इंस्टॉलेशन, मेंटेनेंस और ट्रबलशूटिंग के लिए एक कुशल एवं मेहनती सोलर टेक्नीशियन की तलाश कर रहे हैं। उम्मीदवार को सोलर इंस्टॉलेशन, इलेक्ट्रिकल वायरिंग और इन्वर्टर कमीशनिंग का अनुभव होना चाहिए। साइट विजिट के लिए दोपहिया वाहन एवं वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस होना अनिवार्य है।

कार्य एवं जिम्मेदारियाँ

• रूफटॉप एवं ग्राउंड माउंटेड सोलर सिस्टम की इंस्टॉलेशन करना।
• सोलर पैनल, स्ट्रक्चर, इन्वर्टर, बैटरी एवं अन्य इलेक्ट्रिकल उपकरणों की फिटिंग करना।
• AC/DC वायरिंग एवं केबल टर्मिनेशन करना।
• सोलर सिस्टम की टेस्टिंग एवं कमीशनिंग करना।
• इलेक्ट्रिकल एवं सिस्टम संबंधी समस्याओं का समाधान करना।
• सोलर प्लांट का नियमित मेंटेनेंस करना।
• सभी सुरक्षा मानकों एवं कंपनी के निर्देशों का पालन करना।
• साइट इंजीनियर एवं प्रोजेक्ट टीम के साथ समन्वय बनाकर कार्य करना।
• दैनिक कार्य रिपोर्ट एवं इंस्टॉलेशन रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।
• उपकरणों एवं टूल्स का सुरक्षित एवं सही उपयोग करना।

आवश्यक योग्यताएँ

• ITI (इलेक्ट्रीशियन/वायरमैन), डिप्लोमा इन इलेक्ट्रिकल या समकक्ष योग्यता।
• सोलर इंस्टॉलेशन में 1–3 वर्ष का अनुभव (प्राथमिकता)।
• AC/DC वायरिंग का ज्ञान।
• इन्वर्टर इंस्टॉलेशन एवं कमीशनिंग का अनुभव।
• बेसिक इलेक्ट्रिकल ड्रॉइंग पढ़ने की क्षमता।
• प्रोजेक्ट साइट पर यात्रा करने की इच्छा।
• ऊँचाई पर कार्य करने में सक्षम।
• दोपहिया वाहन एवं वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस होना वांछनीय है।
