Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a result-driven “Sales Executive” with good interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customers. Sales Representative responsibilities include providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Responsibilities will include

·      Conduct property surveys of repossessed properties by clicking photographs / videos of the property and surrounding area and upload the same on the app

·      Assess properties for sale readiness by talking to the neighbours and identifying any dues.

       Assist the potential buyers throughout the sale process, including showing the property, collection of money, bid form submission etc.

·      Work closely with the Hecta teams to enhance property listings with photos, videos and other information related to the property.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED.

·      1-2 years of proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Field Sales Executive. Ability to build productive business- professional relationships with the customers. Highly motivated and target driven. Excellent communication skills. Time management and organizational skills. Relationship management skills and open to feedback. Degree in business or related fields.
