Job Description

*Job Title* : *Collection & Recovery Executive*
*Job Responsibilities*
Contact customers through phone calls and, where required, field visits for overdue loan or EMI payments.
Follow up on pending payments and remind customers of due dates.
Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and collections.
*Achieve daily and monthly collection/recovery targets.*
Coordinate with team leaders, banks, or NBFCs regarding recovery cases.
Follow RBI guidelines and company policies while handling collections.
*Required Skills*
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Customer handling and problem-solving ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Knowledge of banking collections or debt recovery is an advantage.
*Eligibility*
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (varies by role).
Experienced candidates may apply for entry-level positions.
Experience in banking, NBFC, collections, or customer service is preferred for experienced roles.
