*Insurance Saathi* is a fast-growing insurance service provider dedicated to making insurance simple and accessible. We are expanding our teams at our *Ameerpet* and *Uppal* offices and are looking for dynamic, motivated individuals to join us. Whether you are a seasoned professional or a motivated fresher, we have a place for you to grow!
*Role Summary:* You will focus on building brand awareness, generating fresh B2C/B2B leads, and executing local promotional campaigns to drive business growth.
* *Key Responsibilities:*
* Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
* Generate quality leads through digital channels, local partnerships, and canopy activities.
* Distribute promotional materials (brochures, WhatsApp campaign follow-ups, QR code flyers).
* Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to find new growth areas.
* *Requirements:*
* Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and brand building.
* Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable with both digital tools and local on-ground promotional strategies.
### 3. Field Executive / On-Ground Sales
*Role Summary:* A dynamic, on-the-field role where you will meet clients directly, present tailored insurance solutions, and close sales.
* *Key Responsibilities:*
* Travel across assigned territories to meet potential clients face-to-face.
* Conduct product presentations and explain policy benefits (claims, network hospitals, etc.).
* Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
* Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets.
* *Requirements:*
* Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a smartphone.
* Excellent face-to-face communication and negotiation skills.
* High energy and a strong drive to close deals on the ground.
* *Requirements:*
* Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
* Good problem-solving abilities and an empathetic customer-first attitude.
* Prior understanding of health insurance claim processing or medical billing is preferred but not mandatory.
