Telecalling Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Telecaller to handle student enquiries, explain course details, generate walk-ins, and support the admissions team. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow up with students regularly.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall students and explain course details, batch timings, fees, offers, and branch information.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Follow up with leads, enquiries, walk-ins, and demo students regularly.
• Generate walk-ins for the branch and coordinate with counsellors.
• Update call status, follow-up remarks, and student details in CRM / Google Sheets.
• Maintain daily calling reports and submit updates to the team leader.
• Understand student requirements and guide them to the right counsellor or branch.
• Share information about classes, mock tests, demo sessions, scholarships, and special programs.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling, walk-in, and admission-related targets.
• Maintain polite communication with students and parents at all times.
