Job Description
A Sales Team Leader drives revenue and team success by mentoring representatives, monitoring daily performance, and executing sales strategies. They bridge the gap between frontline sales and management by setting goals, leading training sessions, and ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds their
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, train, and motivate sales representatives. Provide ongoing coaching, ride-alongs, or call reviews to enhance individual skills.
- Performance Tracking: Set short- and long-term sales targets. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly metrics to identify performance gaps and provide actionable feedback
- Strategy Execution: Develop and implement localized sales plans. Align with marketing and product teams to maximize market penetration and promotional effectiveness.
- Pipeline & Reporting: Analyze sales data to forecast revenue. Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
- Client Management: Handle escalations and assist in negotiating or closing complex deals. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and accounts.
