Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, conducting follow-ups, and driving business growth through effective sales and communication strategies.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify new business leads.
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly.
- RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
