Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate screening.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Conduct candidate calling and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Manage candidate selection and joining follow-ups.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Prepare daily recruitment reports and MIS.
- Handle employee queries and HR-related coordination.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day HR operations.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good recruitment and candidate-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
