Business Development Manager (BDM)

• Identify and build collaborations with nearby gyms, yoga studios, cafes, wellness centres, and salons in and around Kokapet

• Negotiate cross-promotions, referral arrangements, and package tie-ups that generate steady lead flow

• Nurture partner relationships for ongoing, long-term value

Events & promotions

• Plan and execute promotional events, workshops, open-house sessions, and pop-ups to drive brand awareness and sign-ups

• Represent the academy at local community and wellness events

• Coordinate with the marketing/social team to align campaigns with on-ground activity

Requirements

• 1–3 years in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (fitness, wellness, or hospitality experience is a plus)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable on calls, WhatsApp, and in person

• Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven

• Fluent in English and Telugu/Hindi (spoken)

• Familiarity with the Kokapet/Hyderabad area and local network is an advantage

• Comfortable working some weekends/evenings around events and prospect availability
