We are hiring for International Customer Service roles

Location: Marathalli

Shift: Full-time 🕡 Night shift (US/Australia process)

5 Days working 

2 Rotational week off

Perks: 2-way cabs provided

 

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls & chat

Provide accurate resolution & ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

 

Requirements:

Graduate / Undergraduate

0-3 years international voice experience

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

Willingness to work night shifts
