• Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through EnVelai.in, job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and employers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
• Understand client hiring requirements and recruit accordingly.
• Achieve monthly recruitment and placement targets.
• Maintain recruitment reports and update candidate status in the recruitment system.
• Provide excellent candidate experience from sourcing to joining.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication in Tamil and English
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets)
• Ability to work under targets
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Team player with good organizational skills
• EligibilityAny Graduate / MBA (HR, Marketing) preferred
• Freshers are welcome
• Experience in Recruitment, HR, BPO, Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Support is an added advantage
