Picker / Packer

• Role Title: Picker / Packer (Quick Commerce Dark Store / Warehouse)
• Core Function: Accurately retrieve inventory items from shelves and securely pack them within minutes of order placement.
• Job Nature: Full-Time, on-site dark store operations

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Scan order lists on digital devices, locate products on warehouse shelves, and pick items quickly.
• Order Processing: Verify the correct quantity, variant, and quality of items (especially groceries and fresh produce) before final processing.
• Secure Packaging: Wrap and bag items correctly to avoid leaks or damage during high-speed transit.
• Inventory Control: Assist with counting stock, sorting goods, scanning barcodes, and shelf-replenishment.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Gross Earnings: ₹18,000 to ₹20,575 per month (variable by location and performance).
• Night Shift Allowance: Additional payouts per night shift worked.
• Statutory Benefits: Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) coverage.

Eligibility & Skills Required

• Education: Minimum Below 10th Pass or Higher Secondary (10+2) depending on the hub location.
• Experience: Freshers are fully welcome; no previous experience is required as immediate onboarding training is provided.
• Language: Basic ability to read English to understand order screens and product labels.
• Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in 9-hour rotational shifts, including morning, evening, and night slots.
• Mandatory Documents: Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and a personal bank account for salary transfers.
