About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Business Executives to join our growing field sales team in Bangalore. This is an individual contributor, on-ground sales role focused entirely on revenue generation. You will be responsible for selling ChattyBao's subscription plans directly to local retail shops, showrooms, and businesses across Bangalore.
You will own the full sales cycle — from identifying prospects in your territory to conducting live product demonstrations to closing deals. If you thrive on targets, enjoy meeting people, and are passionate about helping local businesses grow, this role is for you.
What You Will Do
- Identify and approach prospective merchants — retail shops, showrooms, and local businesses across assigned areas in Bangalore
- Conduct engaging on-ground product demonstrations of ChattyBao's subscription plans
- Explain the value of ChattyBao's products — Google visibility, website, and AI tools — in a simple and convincing manner
- Convert prospects into paying subscribers and consistently meet monthly revenue targets
- Build relationships with business owners and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Maintain accurate daily records of visits, demos, and closures
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in selling subscription-based products
- Demonstrated track record of revenue generation and target achievement
- Fluent in Kannada and English (essential for customer communication in Bangalore)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable walking into any kind of business
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field
- Comfortable using a smartphone and basic apps for reporting and communication
Compensation
CTC commensurate with last drawn salary.
