Job Description
Part-Time Garment Designer: We are looking for a creative and experienced Part-Time Garment Designer to design and develop innovative collections for both men's and women's innerwear and outerwear. The candidate should have a strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, fit, fashion trends, and production processes. Responsibilities include creating original garment designs, preparing complete production-ready technical design packs (including sketches, measurements, fabric details, trims, stitching specifications, and size charts), coordinating with the sampling and production teams, and ensuring designs are commercially viable and aligned with our brand vision. The designer must visit our factory at least once every week to supervise sample development, fittings, and design execution, while working closely with management to introduce new products and continuously improve existing collections.
