Odyssey Caterings is looking for a passionate and creative Bakery Chef to join our growing team in Bangalore.

• 🔹 Role & ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing miniature & bite-sized breads/ desserts for luxury events and parties
• Support in designing and presenting desserts that reflect themes and aesthetics of events
• Follow recipes, take detailed notes, and contribute to new dessert ideas
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety & cleanliness
• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning & presentation
• Work closely with senior chefs & learn the nuances of large-scale catering
• 🔹 Requirements- 1–2 years’ experience in bakery, patisserie, or dessert-making
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques, chocolates, mousses, tarts, pastries
• Strong eye for detail & creative flair in presentation
• Eagerness to learn, ability to take instructions, and work in a team
• Culinary degree / bakery certification preferred but not mandatory
