Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and engage with walk-in customers.
  • Explain product features, usefulness and pricing to help close sales.
  • Build a pleasant shopping experience through good communication skills.
  • Pack purchased products carefully.
  • Unpack, organise and display new stock when it arrives.
  • Maintain the overall presentation and cleanliness of the store.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle products carefully and work in a retail environment.
  • Prior retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
