Job Description
The Administrative Manager will oversee and manage the daily administrative operations of our organization. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining administrative systems, managing a team of admin staff, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a highly organized leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
1. Operations & Office Management
2. Team Leadership & Supervision- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the administrative support team (receptionists, office assistants, clerks).
3. Coordinate staff scheduling and delegate administrative tasks to ensure balanced workloads.
4. Facilitate training and professional development opportunities for the administrative staff.
5. Policy Implementation & Process ImprovementDesign, document, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for office operations.
