Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Meerut. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, schedule, and publish content across major social media platforms in line with client goals and brand guidelines. The role involves managing daily community interactions, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring brand mentions to maintain a consistent and engaging presence. The Social Media Manager will analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and prepare clear reports and insights for internal teams and clients. The role also includes collaborating with designers, writers, and performance marketers to develop data-informed content strategies, support paid social campaigns, and stay current with platform trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
• Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy, including planning calendars and aligning content with campaign objectives.
• Excellent Writing and Communication skills for crafting posts, captions, and responses that reflect brand voice and engage audiences.
• Experience using social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn analytics) to drive decisions.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as content marketing, basic SEO principles, and paid social campaigns.
• Capacity to coordinate with creative and performance teams, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or a related digital marketing role; agency experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
