Job Role

We are looking for energetic, confident, and career-focused Business Development Executives who enjoy talking to people, meeting clients, and helping businesses find the right solutions.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Your Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and meetings.

- Meet corporate clients and understand their requirements.

- Promote our Event Management and IT Software Services.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.

- Follow up with clients and close business deals.

- Build long-term relationships with customers.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Skills Required

- Good English communication (spoken & written)

- Confidence in speaking with clients

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace)

- Good presentation and negotiation skills

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Target-oriented mindset

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Preferred)

- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

- Candidates with experience in Sales, Business Development, Event Management, IT Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality will have an added advantage.

Training & Development

Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided after joining, including Corporate Sales, Client Communication, Business Development, Product Knowledge, Proposal Preparation, and Professional Presentation Skills.
