Job Description

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities)

 मिठाई का उत्पादन: पारंपरिक मिठाइयों (जैसे कि गुलाब जामुन, जलेबी, लड्डू, काजू कतली, रसगुल्ला और विभिन्न प्रकार के हलवे) को शुरू से (Scratch) तैयार करना।

 स्वाद और गुणवत्ता: मिठाई के स्वाद, बनावट और गुणवत्ता में निरंतरता बनाए रखने के लिए सही रेसिपी और तकनीकों का पालन करना।

 सामग्री का प्रबंधन: सामग्री (सामान) के स्टॉक पर नज़र रखना, उनकी ताज़गी की जाँच करना और कचरे (Wastage) को कम करना।

 थोक में कुकिंग (Bulk Cooking): त्योहारों, शादियों और दैनिक बिक्री के लिए बड़े पैमाने पर मिठाइयाँ तैयार करना।

 स्वच्छता और सुरक्षा: खाद्य सुरक्षा नियमों के अनुसार रसोई और काम करने की जगह को पूरी तरह से साफ और स्वच्छ रखना।
