The ideal candidate must be ROI-focused, experienced in lead

generation campaigns, and capable of scaling from 200

leads/month

1.     Key Responsibilities

A.   Plan and execute Google Ads & Meta Ads

campaign

B.     Optimize campaigns for CPL (Cost Per Lead) and ROAS

C.    Create and optimize:

a)      Landing pages

b)      Lead forms

c)      WhatsApp funnels

D.   Improve conversion rates from lead → admission

E.     Manage Instagram, Facebook & YouTube

F.      Run content + paid campaigns

G.    Collaborate for reels, testimonials, success stories

H.    Track performance using:

a)     Google Analytics

b)     Meta Ads Manager

I.       Provide weekly performance reports

J.      Suggest improvements based on data

K.   SEO & Website Optimization

a)      Improve website ranking for:

b)     "German classes in Bangalore"

c)     "IELTS coaching near me"

L.     Optimize landing pages for conversions

M.  Video Creation & Content

Production (MANDATORY)

a)     Shoot and create:

          i.     Instagram Reels

          ii.     YouTube Shorts

          iii.     Ad creatives

          iv.     Student testimonial videos

          v.     Plan content

b)     Basic skills required:

          i.     Camera handling (mobile or DSLR)

          ii.     Audio clarity

          iii.     Edit videos using:
