Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of current marketing tools, strategies, and digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, LinkedIn) to maximize ROI.
• SEO & Content: Support ongoing SEO efforts by optimizing website content, landing pages, and conducting keyword research.
• Social Media: Oversee the company’s social media strategy, including content calendar creation, posting, and community engagement.
• Email Marketing: Design and execute email newsletters and drip campaigns for lead nurturing and customer retention.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, cost-per-click) using tools like Google Analytics to provide actionable weekly/monthly reports.
• Collaboration: Work alongside designers, web developers, and content writers to ensure a cohesive user experience and brand identity.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or a similar role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with digital marketing software like Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and major CRM platforms.

Creative Talents: Strong copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
