Job Description

Front Desk Duties: Welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct them to the appropriate department.

Basic Administration: Handle basic data entry, sort and distribute mail, and manage filing systems.

Office Supplies: Monitor inventory of pantry and stationery items, and assist with placing reorders.

Pantry Management: Prepare and serve tea/coffee/water to staff and guests, and maintain pantry cleanliness.

Errands & Logistics: Run official local errands (e.g., banking, dropping off documents, purchasing supplies).

Office Maintenance: Ensure the office, workstations, and meeting rooms are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
