Job Description


Process: Education Counsellor

Location: Baner / Alandi, Pune

Department: Admissions & Student Recruitment

Eligibility:

  • Graduate Mandatory
  • Experience in Education Counselling, Admissions, Telecalling, or Sales Preferred
  • Good Communication & Convincing Skills

Salary:

  • ₹25,000 – ₹38,000 In-hand
  • Attractive Incentives
  • Hike on Previous CTC

Job Role:

  • Counsel students for Distance Education & Online PGDM Programs
  • Make 60–80 calls per day to prospective students
  • Handle inbound leads and outbound calls
  • Guide students through course selection and admission process
  • Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve targets
  • Maintain CRM records and daily reports

Shift Details:

  • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Monday to Saturday Working
  • Sunday Fixed Off
  • 1st Saturday of Every Month Off
