Human Welfare and Justice Association is a leading NGO in the field of Social Justice our mission is to make justice accessible for all and you can be a part of the initiative.
- The incumbent shall be responsible for maximum usage of data provided to staff
- The incumbent shall be responsible for the over all performance of the Sales Team.
- The incumbent shall regulate the team performance.
- The incumbent shall be responsible to increase over all sales volume of the organization.
- The incumbent shall be responsible for follow ups from the team and shall be presenting weekly sales report to the Director.
You may refer to the below mentioned skills for better understanding of the role:
- Strong tele sales experience
- A good team player
- Should be able to handle pressure
- Positive attitude
- Knowledge of Indian Law will be an advantage
