Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver products safely and on time across Bengaluru.
• Inspect products during pickup and delivery, ensuring they are in good condition.
• Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and order updates.
• Collect required documents, signatures, or payments when applicable.
• Maintain delivery records and update order status through the assigned mobile application.
• Handle products with care and provide a professional customer experience.
• Follow company processes and safety guidelines at all times.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of experience in delivery, logistics, field operations, or a similar role.
• Must own a two-wheeler with valid Registration Certificate (RC), insurance, and Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate.
• Valid driving licence is mandatory.
• Must be based in Bengaluru.
• Good communication skills in Kannada. Knowledge of Hindi and/or English will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable using smartphones and navigation apps such as Google Maps.
• Punctual, responsible, and customer-focused.

Preferred Qualities

• Familiarity with Bengaluru routes.
• Ability to handle products carefully and responsibly.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
