Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The Telecaller should have excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade and assist customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products, services, and offers to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues.
• Generate and follow up on leads.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales team when required.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
• Previous telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Candidate must be able to speak, read, and understand both Gujarati and Hindi languages fluently.
