Footwear Upper Pattern & Sublimation Designer

About the Role:

TrustKnit is hiring a Footwear Sublimation Designer with strong CorelDraw skills. The candidate should be able to create footwear upper patterns, develop sublimation print designs, prepare production-ready artwork for digital printing, and coordinate with the manufacturing team. Experience in footwear design is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Design footwear upper patterns in CorelDraw.

Create sublimation print designs for shoes.

Prepare print-ready files for digital sublimation printing.

Modify and resize artwork according to shoe sizes.

Develop new design concepts based on market trends.

Coordinate with the production team for sampling and final output.

Maintain organized design files.

Qualifications & Skills:

Excellent knowledge of CorelDraw.

Experience in sublimation printing.

Experience designing footwear uppers.

Good understanding of color combinations and print layouts.

Knowledge of digital textile printing.

Attention to detail.

Ability to work independently.

Preferred Experience

1–3 years in footwear design.

Experience in sports shoes, sneakers, knit footwear, or casual footwear.

Experience in sublimation printing is highly preferred.

CorelDraw (Mandatory)

Adobe Photoshop (Preferred)

Adobe Illustrator (Optional)
