Job Description
- Conduct cold calling to identify and engage potential B2B clients.
- Drive new business development from scratch, especially in the manufacturing industry.
- Understand client needs and propose customized solutions aligned with company offerings.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools or Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and negotiations.
- Perform daily field sales visits; bike is mandatory for client travel.
Candidate Requirements:
- Prior experience in B2B sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and resilient with a passion for building business from the ground up.
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
